Le septembre dernier le CCAA a rencontrer des officiels de l'ambassade de France mais si j'ai bien compris c'était pour discuter de l'adoption par des Français mais résidant en Chine.
Le CCAA a également rencontré pour les mêmes raisons, des officiels de l'ambassade de Belgique.

On September 8, 2008, Deputy Director General Chu Xiaoying of China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) had a talk with Consular Counsellor Mr. Pascal Maubert, First Secretary Ms. Marie Vassallo and Consul Assistant Mr. Cedric Garrido from French Embassy in China on issues about adoptions by French citizens resident in China. Relevant staff members of Administrative Office and Adopter’s Eligibility Review Department were also present at the meeting.
During the meeting Ms. Chu gave reply to questions raised by the French officials about the legalization process of adoption dossiers, detailed requirements and special cases of French citizens resident in China adopting from a third country.
Both parties agreed that this is an effective meeting and planned to discuss later about other relevant issues in depth.
